From the test bath up to the coating including the buffer route
After the test baths, the radiators are transported with the help of conveyor belts and a rotary platform to a fully automatic stopper turning machine. This machine turns different stoppers (from plastic stoppers up to brass stoppers) as well as the valve insert and fixes various clips for holding the covers. Thereafter, the radiators are conveyed to the stacking machine. The machine can store the production of a complete shift (about 1,200 radiators) in the buffer route. Thereafter, they are un-stacked again and the radiators are hung onto the coating chain in semi-automatic mode without applying any force manually. Thus, you may produce in three shifts and do the work of coating in only two shifts.
