Schalch AG in Neuchâtel is a Swiss company and has been working in the radiator welding machines segment since over 35 years. It has unique know-how in welding technology.

Schlatter radiator welding machines

To begin with, Schalch AG has developed and sold machines for radiator production as a direct competitor of the Swiss company, Schlatter Industries AG, in Schlieren near Zürich.
Subsequently, Schalch AG became a direct supplier in the business segment of radiator welding machines for different welding machines and systems. Moreover, Schalch was the subcontractor to Schlatter for complete turn-key plants.

Radiator and heater production

Schalch is actively involved with the design and implementation of complete welding lines for plate-type radiators and different types of welding machines for tubular and designer radiators.

After Schlatter discontinued the production of radiator welding machines, Schalch focussed its strength and experience on supporting customers and new prospective ones with interests in the heat exchanger business segment. For this purpose, Schalch AG has expanded its development and production capacities and supplemented the marketing and after-sales support team.

The machines and systems available are being adapted continuously with precision and perfection to the current state-of-the-art technology. Innovative and novel products are in addition to these. Moreover, future-oriented concepts by a motivated and dynamic team ensure the expansion of top-class and high-quality product portfolio.
